Luisa Tonarelli is responsible for communications and media projects at the Department of Neurosurgery. At the core of her work is the department’s online presence: she continuously develops the content strategy of the website and ensures that complex topics are communicated in a clear, well-structured, and audience-appropriate manner.

In addition to overseeing the website’s editorial content, she writes news articles and provides editorial support for publications, brochures, and informational materials. Another focus of her work is the conception and implementation of media projects such as videos and podcasts in the field of neurosurgery.

As the department’s contact person for scientific publishing, she also supports authors throughout the editorial and publication process of manuscripts and advises on matters relating to copyright and publication rights.
